I will try to not include any articles of the original Unusual articles page, but I cant promise anything.

Loukanikos the riot dog Loukanikos was a stray dog that got famous for participating regularly in athenean anti-austarity protests. Interestingly not the only riot dog.
Complaint tablet to Ea-nāṣir A sumerian stone tablet documenting the poor quality copper of Ea-nāṣir. Oldest complaint letter found to this day and somewhat of an internet meme.
The Bielefeld Conspiracy Do you know anybody from “Bielefeld”? Have you ever been to “Bielefeld”? Do you know anybody who has ever been to “Bielefeld”?
Los Alamos chess A simplified variant of chess played on a 6x6 board. Also known as anti-clerical chess due to the lack of bishops and the first chess-esq game played by computers.
Chicago rat hole A rodent shaped hole in the streets of Chicago, that became a place of pilgrimage. Offering such as coins, flowers, Pokemon cards and estradol pills where made by visitors.
Peat cutting machines in Germany (low quality) A list of low quality images depicting german peat cutting machines. Technically a category and no article, but I mean … common.
ISO 3103 Standardization is a pretty sensible thing, although it can look pretty apsurd at times (winner of the 1999 Literature IG Nobel Prize).
